We are looking for a junior business manager to join our fast-growing dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- You will analyse the market potentials and targeted customers, and implement suitable strategies
- You will be responsible for the sales cycle from new customer acquisition, establishment of long-term and sustainable relationships
- You’ll conduct daily follow-ups with perspective and ongoing customers
- You’ll implement some operational tasks and content management if necessary
- You’ll assist the team on their daily duties
Qualifications
- Completed studies (economics, business informatics or comparable)
- First experience in sales and account management and some knowledge of B2B, international education market
- Good negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and proven experience in result-oriented and conclusion-oriented communication
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- A structured way of working
- Fluent knowledge of English for both writing and speaking skills (a must)
- Beginner level of German (nice to have)
