Your responsibilities
Here’s what we expect you to do:
- Define KPIs and develop comprehensive, strategic and compelling marketing strategy based on them
- Identify key audience growth opportunities and transform these in effective campaigns
- Generate marketing plans that will drive brand awareness
- Acquire new customers through small, medium and large campaigns via different channels
- Analyse the campaign results and thus optimize our strategy
- Develop appropriate, segmented value story assets for Sales
- Plan, execute the content marketing strategy and run our company’s social media accounts
- Generate and publish marketing materials, including blog and website posts and presentations
Your qualifications
Here’s what we expect you to have already done:
- Completed studies: at least Bachelor degree in economics, business informatics
- 2+ years experience in B2B marketing, brand marketing; ideally with a focus on performance marketing
- Possess distinct knowledge and skills in marketing enterprise software to B2B customers; preferably in an SaaS/cloud-based model focused on data (quality) management
- Understand the data quality / data management market and serve as the strategic marketing advisor
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills and know how to communicate with all levels of an organization in English fluently (verbal, written)
- Can work as a self-starter, in a balanced mix of Plan, Manage (others) and Do (yourself, e.g. writing)
- Have some beginner level of German (nice to have)
- In addition, you have a particularly high interest in education in the digital field
